From harvest to market or use, apple fruits are stored in warehouses for a short long time, during which they often exposed the attack of various pathogenic microorganisms. Although there no precise data on losses caused by pathogens our country, it is quite certain that large, both due inadequate storage conditions and fact less attention paid harvested than their production.
